The inSERT = A network of ODeL Centres (Open Distance E-Learning Centres)= Open Computer Centres

13 OdeL Open Computer Centres with Wifi Access
provide opportunities for multiple activities:

- training people to repair computers
- repairing and reusing electronic goods
- providing access to top free online educational courses
- providing facilities for people to work remotely in the centres
- providing 140 jobs for people to run the centres
- granting scolarships at further and higher education levels
