I come from a family so modest that the disadvantaged term is more correct. I was raised by my uncle. I had to stop school after obtaining my baccalaureate in 2011 because we could not afford to keep me going like many young Malagasy destined for unemployment so!

I was still very young at the time, so I couldn't do much except go online to read. However this requires an expensive internet subscription or even a computer because the internet cafe is expensive. I was looking for associations or philanthropic organizations that could help me with donations like a scholarship or even a computer and by chance I came across the EMMAUS France site, founded by Abbé Pierre in 1954. Their economic activity is based on the recovery and reuse of objects and of course the integration of people who work for it.

It gave me the idea! So "Why not do the same thing to help young people like me? By recycling objects that are more 'transportable' and / or more useful for young Malagasy people!" I continued to inquire about them.

After having also read the 2030 agenda for sustainable development, it allowed me to say that aligning the two priorities of the 2030 agenda in terms of reuse of objects (SDGs 10 and 12) and the fight for the protection of environment (SDG 13) with development aid (SDG 1 and 4) could be a model! The IT world attracts young people including myself, so I studied this project well. After a few years, I told myself that sharing this with some friends could well give birth to a social, ethical or even sustainable development business! And why not a large-scale economic model since it targets the greatest number, even universal! And if of course a turnover becomes more substantial than that of an association then we can find financers!

I went looking for partners. It took a lot of effort. Among the factors that potential future investors asked me to ensure before their involvement, they forced me to assemble and form a team! So that's what I did and that by sharing our ideas within a young and therefore inexperienced team.

These stages allowed us to start the creation of this multi-activity platform www.in-sert.info and its actions in the field. In-SERT comes from the word insertion, therefore, it is integration into employment, education for a more inclusive society and economic model and also in environmental protection and the fight against climate change, in sustainable development and social responsibility. This initiative represents a lot for my country and Africa more generally, my goal is to help young people and disadvantaged inhabitants as universally as possible because I know what it is to be in need of these things that seem impossible to have.
